Potomac Bancshares Inc. (OTBS) has named Taylor Keenan as Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources, effective immediately. In this role, Keenan will lead comprehensive human resources operations across the organization, including talent acquisition, employee training programs, and leadership development initiatives. She will report directly to President and CEO Alice P. Frazier.
Keenan brings substantial experience in financial services human resources management, having held positions at three regional banks including Atlantic Union Bank, Sandy Spring Bank, and Revere Bank. Her background encompasses strategic HR management within the banking sector, positioning her to oversee organizational talent strategy during a period of ongoing consolidation and growth within the regional banking industry.
The appointment reflects Potomac Bancshares' focus on strengthening internal capabilities as the institution continues to develop its workforce and organizational infrastructure.
