Marpai, Inc. announced the addition of two significant enterprise clients to its MarpaiRx pharmacy benefit management platform, collectively representing over 19,000 covered lives. The first contract encompasses rebate management services for approximately 16,000 employees through a strategic collaboration, while the second agreement adds more than 3,000 employees requiring both third-party administrator (TPA) and rebate management services. Both implementations are scheduled to reach full operational status in early Q2 2026.
The company views these client acquisitions as validation of its technology-enabled PBM platform's competitive positioning in the market. Marpai has emphasized that these wins demonstrate demand for its integrated service offerings and represent a meaningful inflection point in the company's expansion trajectory. The contracts are expected to contribute meaningfully to the company's covered life base and recurring revenue streams as implementations progress through 2025 and into 2026.
