VINCI has entered into exclusive negotiations with the French State to develop and operate a 97-kilometer highway concession connecting the A154 and A120 motorway routes across Eure-et-Loir. The project, valued at approximately €100 million per kilometer, represents a significant infrastructure investment designed to establish a western bypass around the Île-de-France region and enhance traffic flow along the strategic Rouen-Orléans corridor.
Under the proposed 35-year concession agreement, VINCI Autoroutes will assume responsibility for project financing, operations, and maintenance, while VINCI Construction will oversee the design and construction phases. The division of responsibilities leverages the group's integrated capabilities across both infrastructure development and operations management.
Formalization of the concession contract is anticipated in autumn 2026, following the completion of ongoing negotiations with state authorities. The project is expected to contribute to improved regional connectivity and traffic distribution across northwestern France's motorway network.
