Thesis Gold Inc. has secured approximately C$44.4 million in strategic capital through investments from two major gold producers, strengthening its financial position for ongoing project development. AngloGold Ashanti will acquire a 5% stake in the company by purchasing shares at C$2.79 per share for a total investment of C$38.7 million, establishing a significant partnership with the junior explorer. Centerra Gold will concurrently invest C$5.7 million to acquire 2.06 million shares, maintaining its existing 9.9% ownership position in the company.
The funding will be directed toward working capital requirements and technical studies for Thesis Gold's Lawyers-Ranch gold-silver project located in British Columbia.
