La Rosa Holdings Corp (NASDAQ: LRHC) has completed the acquisition of the remaining 49% ownership stake in La Rosa Realty Prestige, establishing full operational control of the Central Florida brokerage. The transaction converts Prestige into a wholly owned subsidiary, consolidating the company's real estate holdings under direct management.
La Rosa Realty Prestige maintains a significant market presence across the region, operating with 138 licensed agents and generating $5.1 million in trailing twelve-month revenue. The brokerage currently ranks third in Polk County by both agent count and total sales volume, positioning the consolidated entity as a material revenue contributor within the parent company's portfolio.
Beyond the realty consolidation, La Rosa Holdings has signed a purchase agreement for land in Osceola County designated for development of a Tier III artificial intelligence data center facility. The company anticipates closing on the land acquisition in June 2026, marking a strategic expansion into the data center infrastructure sector alongside its existing real estate operations.
