Sports Entertainment Gaming Global Corporation (NASDAQ: SEGG) has finalized terms to acquire a controlling interest in Veloce Media Group for approximately $61 million, with the transaction expected to close on February 17, 2026. The combined entity will gain access to Veloce's portfolio of digital properties, which includes Quadrant, a gaming company co-founded by Formula 1 Champion Lando Norris. The transaction represents a strategic consolidation aimed at leveraging SEGG Media's public company status to accelerate growth initiatives across Veloce's established media and gaming operations. The deal is anticipated to close within the next several months, subject to customary closing conditions.
