Climb Global Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLMB) has finalized its acquisition of interworks.cloud, a cloud distribution platform based in Greece, for approximately €8.0 million ($9.4 million). The transaction strengthens Climb's operational presence across Southeastern Europe, specifically in Greece, Malta, Bulgaria, and Cyprus, while enhancing the company's existing cloud and software distribution infrastructure in the region.
Interworks.cloud brings a substantial partner network of more than 600 cloud resellers and managed service providers (MSPs) to Climb's portfolio. The acquired entity maintains established relationships with major technology vendors including Microsoft, Acronis, and Google, which aligns with Climb's strategic objective to deepen its Microsoft partnership and expand its vendor ecosystem. These partnerships position the combined entity to serve a broader customer base across the region's growing cloud services market.
